Welcome to Todd Begg Knives

My interest in knives began when I was a young boy, hunting, fishing and living off the land with my brothers in the wilds of the Great Northwest. Later in life while in the military as an NBC Recon team member my appreciation for knives deepened as I used them on a daily basis in the field environment. I have formal training as a machinist and currently work in the aerospace machining industry in the Seattle area. I have always been enamored with the work of Edmond Davidson and T.M. Dowel, both of whom specialize in the integral style of construction. Thus, this is the path that I am currently pursuing and variations of the integral theme. I have developed a unique In-Line Handle design, which reduces the overall bulk and weight. The resulting knife is sleek, slim and infinitely easier to carry. My goal is to produce functional and beautiful knives that are innovative and unique. I strive for perfection in form, function, fit and finish. My goal in building knives is to deliver a finished product that will cause my customer to jump up and down and pee their pants from sheer joy.
